This is a universal bracket that can be used for numerous applications. We typically use the smaller bracket to mount benches to a base in front of lockers or as shelf brackets. The medium size bracket is used on our 48" x 24" wall mounted ADA bench. The largest size is used for wall mounted ADA work stations or counter top brackets.
Either length flange can be used to mount to the wall or your top.
